Water and Sewer and Rent Fees Increasing in Lexington Village

Lexington Village residents will be paying more for water and sewer next month, and residents who live in a mobile home park will also pay more for rent.

The council approved increasing the water and sewer fee by 3 percent.

The increase was recommended by the Michigan Rural Water Agency.

The council also approved increasing the rent in the North Park Mobile Home facility.

The rent for those who live in the park will increase by 2.9 percent.

Also, some infrastructure projects are being planned to be done in 2026.

Some of the projects include water and sewer improvements, planting more trees, and doing some improvements are also being considered for Tierney Park.
