Little by little some infrastructure projects are being done in the village of Owendale.
During this month's village meeting, the DPW is working on the installation of new water, sewer, and drain meters.
It was also reported the work on Well #2 has been done, but it still needs regulator equipment in order for it to go automatic.
Police Chief Tony Wood informed the council the Right to Farm law supersedes the Liquid Manure ordinance.
In other matters, the council approved some expenditures.
The village will pay village Clerk Randy Howard $125 for playing Santa.
Regarding Christmas matters, the village will pay $100 to Wood as a holiday bonus, and also pay $150 to DPW Superintendent Jason Romas.
During the meeting, Howard reported the village received a public safety grant of $889 from the state.
