June Carol Davis Pleads Not Guilty To Retail Fraud

June Carol Davis has entered a not guilty plea in her retail fraud case.

Davis faces a third-degree misdemeanor charge for allegedly stealing less than $200. A $3,500 personal recognizance bond has been set, with a strict condition: she is prohibited from entering the Walmart premises involved in the incident.

The prosecution must provide a plea offer and all discovery by March 13th, 2026. A critical in-person plea cutoff hearing is scheduled for March 27th, 2026, at 1 PM.

Attorney Kyle O'Mara has been appointed to represent Ms. Davis for the remainder of the case.
