St. Clair Commissioners Approve Contracts for Mental Health Services

During this month's meeting of the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners, several mental health contracts were approved.
Approval was given for a contract agreement with Region 10 Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan for Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Prevention Services for Inmates from October 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026. The cost for that is $130,000.
Commissioners approved an agreement with Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center for Residential Substance Abuse Treatment services for female inmates from October 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026. The cost for that service is $10,000.
An agreement was reached with Maximize Personal Achievement-Community Training (IMPACT) for residential substance abuse treatment prevention services for Inmates. The cost for that service is $120,000.
Approval was given to accept the Michigan Mental Health Court Program Grant for $455,229, and agreement with House for Mental Health Court was approved for $62,400.
A letter of agreement between the county and Mental Health Court and Community Mental Health was reached. The term of the agreement is from October 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026, for $46,000.
Also, an agreement was reached with Blue Water D.R.P. LLC from October 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026 for $61,440.
A memorandum of understanding between the Recovery Court and Community Mental Health for substance use disorder treatment and services was reached for $29,440.
In addition, a memorandum of Understanding between Recovery Court and Blue Water DRP was approved by a Memorandum of Understanding between the Recovery Court and Blue Water Day Reporting Program for drug and alcohol testing for $32,000.
