Michael Eppenbrock Sentenced To Jail And Probation

Michael G. Eppenbrock was sentenced on Monday, November 4th on charges of larceny of a building and financial transaction habitual 2nd offense.

He received 18 months of probation and must successfully complete the Thinking Matters program.

Eppenbrock was ordered to pay $108 in restitution to Sherry Wilson, and will serve 90 days in jail, with credit for 4 days already served.
