The Unionville Village Council approves some significant upgrades to its park.

Improvements were made to four campsites to equip them with water and electric service. The charge for those campsites is $20 per night.

The RV dump station for registered campers is at the corner of Brown Street and Pickle Streets. There is a $5 charge per use.

The park consists of 44 acres located at the South Street end of Brown Street.

The park has four ball diamonds which includes one lighted diamond, a basketball court, a tennis court, sand volleyball, horseshoe pit, playground equipment, restrooms and two pavilions are available for community use.

The park also has a one-mile paved walking and bike path which has storybook posts along the way.
