Yale Schools Will be Asking Voters to Approve a Bond Proposal

In St. Clair County, the Yale Public School will be asking for a bond proposal during the May 5 election.

The bond proposal is for $32,000,000 to be used to build and equip a performance building, to remodel existing buildings, playground upgrades, parking, and driveways.

The proposed bond works out to be about 1.40 mills for 17 years.

The millage would cost the homeowner with an $80,000 house about $56.
