Adult Foster Care Home Worker In Court For 20 Counts Of Sexually Relations With Young Male Resident

Michael Shannon Miller appeared in Huron County District Court for continuation of his preliminary examination.

Miller is charged in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred while he was employed at an adult foster care facility.

The charges relate to approximately 20 alleged sexual encounters with a resident described as a mentally handicapped young man.

Following the preliminary examination, the case was bound over to Huron County Circuit Court.

Miller is scheduled for arraignment on February 2nd at 9:00 a.m.
