Terry Alvin Kaufman's Case Bound Over To Circuit Court

Terry Alvin Kaufman appeared in Huron County District Court for preliminary examination, which he waived.

The Assistant Attorney General prosecuting the case confirmed that no plea agreement is currently being offered to the defendant.

Kaufman's bond remains as previously set by the court.

He is scheduled to appear for arraignment in Huron County Circuit Court on February 2nd at 9:00 a.m.
