Upgrades Being Done to Old Hadley Township Hall

The Hadley Township Board of Trustees received an update on the upgrades being done to the old town hall at 3551 Hadley Road in Metamora.
During the meeting, some designs were approved.
The board decided to disconnect the vents in the ceiling/insulate and put in new tiles, for the counter tops the lighter color was selected as well as the Wainscoting and the molding around the ceiling and windows
Supervisor Jason Harrison discussed installing a digital Lock System, Digital Thermostat and WIFI, but no action was taken.
In other township matters, the township's planning commission will meet at 7 p.m. on March 17 at the township's office building at 4293 Pratt Rd., Hadley.
The meeting has been called to consider the special land use application by Jeff Duncan, to operate and maintain Heartened Farms, a lavender farm with seasonal u-pick events at 4432 Hadley Road.
