Tuscola deputy volunteers for taser hit to know its effect first hand - video

    Tuscola County Deputy Nolan Harrison volunteered to take a Taser hit during training Tuesday. The taser deploys two probes that run for 5 seconds. Knowing and feeling the effects of the taser helps the deputies control and de-escalate a situation better. It also gives them an idea of what the target will feel.
