    Donald Phillips of Fraser was lucky Key #122 that started the Classic 1986 Pontiac Trans Am in the WLEW classic Car Giveaway in Harbor Beach on Saturday. The giveaway was part of the Harbor Beach Harvest Festival, and through the summer WLEW gave away 300 keys for a chance to turn over the car, and win it.
