   Cardboard and water is not usually a good combination, unless you are taking part in the annual Cardboard Boat Races on Saginaw Bay in Caseville, as part of the 2014 Cheeseburger in Caseville.   Good thing they were in the water just a short time, the Coast Guard would likely have issues if they are Sea Worthy.
