The Tim Fritz Agency was selected as one of four Blue Ribbon Office of Excellence Award Winners for Farm Bureau Insurance for the state of Michigan. They were nominated by three bosses within the zone the agency is located in. They were selected as one of the four winners out of 350 offices across Michigan. The Tim Fritz Agency was selected on areas such as knowledge of the product they were selling, office appearance such as cleanliness and workplace attire, secretary licensing and their knowledge of the product, and if the agents are liked from reviews by customers.
