The Caseville Village council approved continuing with health insurance through the Steel Workers Health and Welfare Fund for 2021, and then opted out of the 20 percent co-pay resolution they had in effect this year. The council also approved a permit for Thumb Brewery to have a Food truck on Pine street for an event on October 18th. Caseville City Clerk Jamie Learman said they reduced the vending fee to 100 dollars for that day. Normally it is 500 dollars for 5 days. They approved a 15 hundred dollar donation to the Chamber for this year's 4th of July fireworks. They make that contribution annually - after the fact. The council held its meeting at the Caseville Historical Society buidling, as they do once a year, and they reappointed, Ken Fry to the Harbor Commission, Michael Molascon to the Construction Board of Appeals and Todd Talaski to the Water Board.
