Townships in Tuscola County had a variety of issues on the August election ballot, and all but a few were approved.
Akron Township's request to renewal 1.8730 mills for five years for road maintenance and upkeep passed with 191 yes votes to 108 no votes
The millage will generate about $273,366 the first year.
Almer Charter Township's request to renew .9923 of a mill for four years for roads passed with 376 yes votes to 211 no votes.

Arbela Township's request for .5 of a mill for five years to fund the purchase of new and used fire equipment passed with 487 yes votes to 239 no votes.
The millage will generate about $49,432 the first year.
The request to renew 1 mill for five years to fund road maintenance passed with 428 yes votes to 239 no votes.

Columbia Township's renewal request for .9952 of a mill to fund emergency services for eight years was approved with 214 yes votes to 86 no votes.

The request to renew the levy of 1.4927 mills for eight years to fund roads passed with 204 yes votes to 95 no votes.

Novesta Township's request for a .5 mill increase for five years to fund road maintenance, and to fund brining of gravel roads passed with 242 yes votes to 179 no votes.

The request to levy 2 mills for four years to fund road maintenance, ditching, grading, brining, and paving roads passed with 254 yes votes to 168 no votes.
