DECKERVILLE INVITATIONAL TRACK MEET 5-3-13

THE RESULTS ARE IN FOR LAST FRIDAY'S DECKERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL INVITATIONAL TRACK MEET.     IN THE MEN'S DIVISION, OF THE 10 PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS BROWN CITY TOOK FIRST PLACE WITH THE MOST POINTS, THE HOME TEAM; DECKERVILLE FOLLOWED IN SECOND, AND PECK HIGH SCHOOL TOOK THE THIRD SPOT.    IN THE WOMEN'S DIVISION SANDUSKY CAME IN FIRST, FOLLOWED BY BROWN CITY IN SECOND, AND DECKERVILLE IN THIRD.     DURING THE MEET AARON GINTHER OF HARBOR BEACH BROKE A SCHOOL RECORD WITH A HIGH JUMP OF SIX-FOOT-FIVE-INCHES, TRUMPING THE OLD RECORD OF SIX-FOOT-THREE.
OTHER SCHOOLS PARTICIPATING IN THE MEET WERE HARBOR BEACH, ELKTON-PIGEON-BAY PORT, CARSONVILLE-PORT SANILAC, KINGSTON, CASEVILLE, AND PORT HOPE.
