A LEXINGTON WOMAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH FRAUD, JUST DAYS AFTER BEING CHARGED WITH MAKING A FALSE REPORT OF RAPE. SARA YLEN'S CREDIBILITY HAS BEEN UNDER SCRUTINY. AFTER NEARLY 10 YEARS IN PRISON, A MAN CONVICTED OF RAPING HER WAS RELEASED LAST FALL AFTER AUTHORITIES LEARNED SHE HAD MADE UP SEXUAL-ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS IN CALIFORNIA.   THAT INFORMATION WASN'T AVAILABLE AT JAMES GRISSOM'S TRIAL. IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CASE, THE 38-YEAR-OLD YLEN WAS CHARGED LAST WEEK WITH MAKING A FALSE REPORT OF RAPE IN ST. CLAIR COUNTY.    THE LATEST CASE FILED MONDAY IN SANILAC COUNTY ACCUSES YLEN OF HEALTH CARE FRAUD BY MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT, CLAIMING TO HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER BY SEVERAL PHYSICIANS WHO SAY THEY MADE NO SUCH DIAGNOSIS.      YLEN IS SAID TO HAVE RECEIVED THREE YEARS OF HOSPICE CARE BEGINNING IN 2009.    BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF MICHIGAN SAYS THEY HAVE PAID OVER $94,000 IN HOSPICE CARE FOR YLEN.    SHE IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD IN SANILAC COUNTY JAIL ON $10,000 CASH SURETY - 10% BOND.    IT'S UNKNOWN WHETHER THE WOMAN HAS AN ATTORNEY.
