Beltran Antonio Sigas Charged In District Court Tuesday

In Huron County District Court, Judge Ferris saw Beltran Antonio Sigas formally charged with improper plates, no insurance, and failure to yield.

Sigas entered not-guilty pleas to all three counts.

The court appointed Kyle O'Mara as defense counsel.

Bond was set at $3,500 personal recognizance.

Upcoming deadlines include June 6th, 2026, for the prosecution to submit a plea offer and discovery.

A plea cutoff hearing is scheduled for July 2nd, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
