Jury Trial Set In The Case Against David Neal King

A jury trial has been scheduled by Judge Prill, in Huron County Circuit Court, for David Neal King.

Mr. King rejected a plea offer, and his defense requested the trial.

Proceedings are set to begin Wednesday, July 8th, at 9:00 a.m., with an anticipated duration of one to two days. All motions and defense notices must be filed by June 15th, 2026. Proposed jury instructions are due June 24th, 2026. Mr. King's bond will continue as previously set.
