Braxton Ronald Schultz Enters No Contest Plea In Plea Agreement

Judge Prill presided over a case on Monday morning in Huron County Circuit Court.

Braxton Ronald Schultz entered a no contest plea to a felony charge of false pretenses, involving $1,000 to $20,000. The plea agreement includes a one-year delay of sentence. If Schultz successfully completes this period, the conviction will be reduced to a one-year misdemeanor for larceny, valued between $200 and $1,000. Schultz has already paid full restitution to the victim.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM, with a presentence investigation report ordered by the court.
