Sebewaing man pleads to third degree child abuse

    A 31 year old Sebewaing man pleaded guilty to third degree child abuse when he was rearraigned Monday in Huron County Circuit Court. Darryl Keith Parker as part of a plea agreement could have a year delay of sentence if Circuit Judge Gerald Prill finds it appropriate, at his sentencing date set for April 26. He must surrender his bond in 14 days. If successful during the year delay of sentencing the charge would be entered as the reduced charge of 4th degree child abuse. His bond was continued.
