St. Clair County DTF seizes meth - fentanyl and cocaine in three raids

    The St. Clair County Drug Task Force was busy again last week, executing three search warrants over a three day period. On October 1st at about 4:30 p.m., the DTF concluded an investigation into the sales of narcotics with a raid on a home in the 3300 block of Glenn Street in Port Huron Township. Members of the Drug Task Force served a search warrant at the residence. Once inside, they located and seized about $1700 worth of methamphetamine, $300 worth of fentanyl and about $200 worth of cocaine. Also seized in the raid was a handgun and cash. Two Port Huron men, ages 36 and 27 were arrested at the home. They face multiple charges, including possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, resisting and obstructing police, felony firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
    An investigation into the sales of cocaine in the Port Huron area led the Drug Task Force to a home in the 3600 block of Lapeer Road in Port Huron Township on October 2nd. Members of the DTF served a search warrant at the home at about 5:00 p.m. A quantity of cocaine and cash were located and confiscated. A 56 year old Port Huron man and a 46 year old woman, also from Port Huron, were arrested at the residence. They face charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
    On October 3rd, the Drug Task Force ended an investigation into the sales of methamphetamine and fentanyl in the Port Huron area with a raid on a residence on Briarwood Drive in Port Huron. A search warrant was executed shortly before 4:00 p.m. at the home. More than $800 worth of methamphetamine was located and seized, along with $300 worth of fentanyl, cash and drug paraphernalia. A 49 year old Port Huron man was arrested and faces charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver fentanyl.
