Because of previous issues with large gatherings, the Wells Township Board of trustees adopted an ordinance that such events have to be approved by the board. The board approved the Outdoor Assembly application to allow the annual Tuscola Palooza fundraiser Saturday, August 7, at 2425 Rossman Road, Caro.
