Trial scheduled for Bad Axe man on Domestic Violence charge

    A 39 year old Bad Axe man pleaded not guilty to a charge of Domestic Violence-third and habitual offender 4th offense when he was arraigned Monday in Huron County Circuit Court. William Matthew Ball had a 2 day jury trial set for march 23rd and his bond was reduced by half, and was set at 25 thousand dollars - cash or surety.
