Several people appeared in Huron County Circuit Court Monday concerning violations of their probation. 27 year old Kyle Lee Marks of Bad Axe had his probation continued and was given 75 days in jail with credit for 15 days already served on the violation. The last 14 days of the jail time may be served in an inpatient substance abuse program, and all other monetary obligations from the original case remain.
31 year old Drew Allen Aldrich of Harbor Beach was given 90 days in jail with credit for 19 served for his probation violation. At the conclusion of the 90 days in jail he may enter an in-patient substance abuse program. He must also reimburse the county for his court appointed attorney.
Andrew K Stricker of Caro pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his probation, as he had been ordered to participate in the Moving Forward Living Sober, but had already been cut from the program when he was sentenced on the original case file. Disposition of the violation will be December 4th, and there was no bond pending that court date.
36 year old Robert R. Dohring of Boyne City pleaded guilty to violating his probation and he will be back for sentencing on February 12th.
