Midland woman pleads to a pair of charges in plea agreement

    30 year old Kelcey Ann Kindler of Midland pleaded guilty to a pair of charges Tuesday when she appeared for arraignment in Huron County Circuit Court. As part of a plea agreement with prosecutors, she pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and assault and battery. Another charge of assaulting a police officer will be dismissed at sentencing, no habitual offender status will be sought and she must pay full restitution are part of the agreement. Sentencing was set for March 15th, and bond was set at 35 hundred dollars - ten percent.
