236 Huron County residents attended the 52nd annual Huron County Picnic January 28, 2012 at Sun-n-Fun Resort in Sarasota, Fl.
Businesses back home donated a number of prizes for the popular annual event.

Prize for the oldest attendee went to Bea Woyciechowski,93, seen with Master of Ceremonies and Picnic President John Hunt.

Hilda and Edward Detegen’s 66 year marriage netted them the prize for the longest married couple in attendance.
John Hunt of Bad Axe is President of the Picnic, Harold Cook is Vice President and Joyce Kiehl is Secretary-Treasurer.
